Math Curriculum Developer | K-12 Content & Assessment

Most math materials fail in one of two ways: mathematically sound but badly sequenced, or well-designed but mathematically sloppy. I build content that holds up on both counts. I'm a mathematics curriculum and content developer with an MPhil in Mathematics, plus lecturing and classroom teaching experience. Since 2021 I've completed over 100 projects on Upwork for international clients in education and publishing. What I develop: Curriculum — scope and sequence, unit and lesson plans, learning objectives, and standards alignment across Common Core, GCSE and IGCSE, O/A Level, IB-style, and North American curricula Instructional content — worksheets, workbooks, textbook chapters, worked examples, explanations, practice sets, and full solution keys Assessment — diagnostics, quizzes, unit tests, exam-style papers, question banks, answer rationales, and rubrics Coverage — elementary through calculus: pre-algebra, algebra, geometry, trigonometry, pre-calculus, calculus, statistics, and problem-solving and reasoning strands What separates this from a writer who can produce correct answers: I work on difficulty progression, the misconceptions a topic reliably produces, how distractors should be built so a wrong answer tells you something, and how a unit actually builds toward the assessment at the end of it. My MPhil research was in numerical simulation of tumour growth using reaction–diffusion PDE models, so advanced material isn't a stretch. I work with EdTech companies, educational publishers, online learning platforms, test-prep companies, homeschool curriculum businesses, schools, and founders building math learning products. I also take on a limited number of one-to-one students in advanced high school and undergraduate mathematics. Everything is delivered in whatever your production process needs — LaTeX, Word, Google Docs, or your own template and style guide — with consistent notation and every solution checked. If you're scoping a course, a workbook series, a question bank, or a curriculum map, send me the standards or syllabus you're working to and a short description of the learner. I'll come back with what I'd propose and a realistic timeline.
