Your business already contains the knowledge, examples, and ideas your AI needs. The hard part is putting that context somewhere useful and giving the system instructions it can follow. I’m Eileen, a Notion Certified Admin and AI Content Systems Specialist. I build Notion workspaces, implement custom AI instructions, and AI content workflows for people who want AI to fit the way their business already works. When the output is vague, off-brand, or missing something, I work out what the system needs and refine it. Good AI work starts before the prompt. The system needs the right context, the user needs to know what to provide, and the output needs a clear purpose.
