I lead and managed team from different clients across various industries. I’ve handled clients from different parts of the world. Customer service is my top expertise as I’ve been in the industry for 16 years already. I can do email, phone, and chat and I can communicate in English fluently. I’m very flexible when it comes to tasks. I’ve experienced being given tasks that are outside of my work responsibilities and I was able to complete them accurately and on time provided that clear instructions are given to me. But in case, there are no clear instructions, I know how to utilize my resources to be able to finish it. I’ve also experienced doing reports, analysis, and next steps to be able to improve a certain process.
