My name is Christine and I am a Commercial Real Estate Professional with over 10 years of experience in various sectors of the industry. I received my Undergraduate Degree in Civil Engineering and my Graduate Degree in Engineering Management, both from the University of South Florida. I began my career in Process Engineering, mostly working on Water and Wastewater treatment plants, but have since worked for a Commercial General Contractor, making my way to executive leadership, before joining a Publicly Traded Global Developer and Owner. I’ve been fortunate enough to see many sides of the Industry and believe that my background gives me a unique and powerful perspective and skill-set as a Consultant. In my last role, I had the opportunity to mentor and manage a group of 10-13 Construction Professionals, while still remaining close to the technical aspects of the job, often negotiating with subcontractors or Owner's representatives, reviewing plans, providing solutions to constructability issues, creating or editing schedules, and confirming budget adherence. In my current role, along with managing active construction, I also am responsible for assisting in the entitlement and permitting processes for future work. The combination has enhanced my ability to work with all of the different stake holders in a project and ensure that I am providing the right service for the right client. Outside of the office, I have spent time working on both my own professional development and giving back to my community. I was a graduating member of NAIOP’s YPG Class of 2019 and was named one of ENR California’s Top Young Professionals in 2018. I have had the opportunity to tutor very bright young students in the maths and sciences helping them advance their educational career to highly prestigious Universities around the Country. I also recently was selected as an Advisory Board Member at UCR’s Design Thinking Program. It is my true passion to be a part of great teams which are enhancing our communities through real estate development and construction and I would love the opportunity to discuss how I can help your team accomplish your goals or complete your next successful project.
