I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy, board certified as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist through the APTA, and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA. I have had a lifelong passion for physical activity and an active lifestyle. From growing up in competitive sports to teaching group fitness classes and then going on to earn my DPT, I have had great opportunities to learn about fitness and nutrition from so many roles and perspectives. Now, my greatest passion is bringing physical activity, nutrition, and a healthy lifestyle to those who might find it daunting or inaccessible. My platform is about making achievable goals and changes and meeting patients and clients where they are. How can I be of assistance? I love patient education and content creation whether it is written or video (youtube search for examples of my past work) and am open to any projects you have in mind. I can't wait to work with you!
