Most founders come to me when their SaaS MVP technically works, but every small change breaks something else. A recent project started as a fast AI-built MVP. By the time I joined, pages were slow, components were duplicated, and no one wanted to touch the code before launch. I cleaned up the frontend, fixed the data flow, and helped the team ship a stable release they could finally build on with confidence.
