As an experienced hardware designer, I am driven by project success. I help companies & independent developers design reliable audio hardware & firmware (DSP, networking & control). My analog audio scope is from millivolt levels up to high-power amplified signals. My functioning with you focuses on these aspects: - Creating designs within and around audio architectures that are robust, low-noise, and importantly, manufacturable. Not just schematics that work on paper. - Validation & prototyping audio designs at the device (audio PCBs, DSP algorithms) and implementation (networked systems) scale. - General PCB design. I work on: - Mixed-Signal Embedded designs implementing MCUs/MPUs/APs & DSPs to control analog domain (e.g., audio, sensor, power & motor) systems. - Analog audio systems (microphones (including MEMS), gain stages, buffers, beamforming systems, line & amplified output stages, etc.) - Digital audio systems (CODECs, Synths, Protocol Implementation (VBAN, AES, DSD), Networked Audio (Intercoms, etc.), Bluetooth & Wireless Audio) - Power supply systems for noise-sensitive applications Having one "full-stack" person own both domains gives a level of creative control and execution that over-the-wall R&D cannot.
