40+ Shopify stores in six years. A UK PC retailer's orders tripled in my first year. For DTC brands doing $50k–$1M+ a month, I own the store side: build, custom apps and integrations, conversion optimization and monthly care, measured on your orders. WHAT I OWN • Build and launch: new stores, markets, payments, tax and shipping. • Themes: Online Store 2.0, Liquid and Shopify Plus, with performance budgets on every release (LCP under 2.5 s, CLS under 0.1, INP under 200 ms). • Checkout UI extensions, Shopify Functions and theme app extensions. • Custom apps designed as systems: React Router, TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Admin and Storefront GraphQL. • Integrations with ERP, 3PL, PIM, rental and subscription apps and Klaviyo: idempotent webhooks, retries, reconciliation and monitoring. • Migrations from Magento, WooCommerce and others, with redirects, SEO and data mapped. • Shopify CRO: research, ranked fixes, A/B tests where your traffic can read them, otherwise a before-and-after on your orders. • Monthly care: fixes, releases and tracking checks on a fixed monthly plan. Also: UX/UI design in Figma, Klaviyo flows and on-site promo graphics. RESULTS • Sleep, Shopify Plus: three years on three stores for Resident's brands, Nectar and DreamCloud among them, with over 3 million users. • Gaming PCs, UK: a year running the store side. First year: orders ×3.1 and conversion +21%, measured in Shopify Analytics. After my product-page rebuild, orders with a paid upgrade went from 23% to 46%; the custom configurator app brings 9% of net sales at 1.8× the average order. • Interiors, NL/DE: made-to-measure pricing sold natively on Shopify. Full year: sales +17%, conversion +19%, observed alongside the work. • At EPAM: frontend lead on an enterprise Magento 2 to Shopify replatform, and Shopify storefronts in 8 languages and 15 markets. A custom app, integration or migration: a technical plan that ends in a fixed quote. Conversion: a Teardown or Diagnostic, then a Fix Sprint to build and measure the top fixes. After that, a Care or Growth plan. If the Teardown doesn't include 10 fixes specific to your store, you get a full refund. HOW I WORK Code and documentation live in your own accounts and repository. On the Care plan I reply within 1 business day and start work within 2. I take on up to 5 monthly clients at a time. 2 places open now.
