Ma Concepcion B.

Hi! I help Airbnb and short-term rental hosts create professional guest materials that improve guest experience and reduce repetitive questions. As an Airbnb host managing a live property myself, I understand the common challenges hosts face: repeated guest inquiries, check-in instructions, Wi-Fi access, house rules, and organizing important information in a clear way. I create: ✔ Digital Guest Guides ✔ Airbnb Welcome Books ✔ House Rules Pages ✔ Check-in / Check-out Instructions ✔ Local Recommendation Guides ✔ Listing Graphics ✔ Canva Templates for Hosts My goal is to help hosts create a smoother guest experience while saving time on repetitive communication. I bring real Airbnb hosting experience — not only design skills. Let's create organized and guest-friendly materials for your property.
