Most businesses don't have a leads problem. They have a systems problem. Leads come in and nothing follows up. Bookings get missed because there's no automation in place. The CRM nobody set up properly is sitting empty. Sound familiar? I'm Sha, a Backend Automation and Systems Specialist with over 5 years of remote experience working with coaches, agencies, and service businesses across the US, UK, Netherlands, and Australia. I don't just manage tasks. I build the backend infrastructure that makes your business run without you having to be in 10 places at once. Here's what I actually do for clients: 👉 Funnel and landing page builds in WordPress, GoHighLevel, and SystemeIo that are connected to your booking system and ready to convert from day one. 👉 CRM setup and automation using MondayCom, Zapier, and ActiveCampaign so your leads are tracked, followed up, and never fall through the cracks. 👉 Email automation sequences that nurture leads and move them toward booking without you writing a single extra email once it's built. 👉 Calendar integration and consultation workflows using Calendly, connected to your CRM so everything flows automatically from first contact to confirmed booking. 👉 Full backend coordination so your tools actually talk to each other instead of living in separate tabs that nobody checks. I've worked with clients across the health, design, creative services, and professional services space across multiple markets. I'm familiar with the pace and communication standards expected by international clients and I work independently with minimal hand-holding needed. If you're scaling and your backend is not keeping up, that's exactly the kind of problem I fix. Send me a message and we can talk through what needs sorting.
