I have experience working in a high-volume call center environment and a demanding front desk area in capacities ranging from line-level staff to leadership roles. In my various roles, I have been lauded by both my peers and leaders for my willingness to tackle even the most seemingly insatiable guests and develop bonds and solutions that extend beyond what was expected or thought possible.
