I regularly draft pre-trial motions and prepare appellate and reply briefs. To date, I have worked on over a dozen appeals, including approximately 15–20 appellate briefs filed in federal courts such as the Fourth and Ninth Circuit Courts of Appeals, as well as district courts in jurisdictions including Arizona, Texas, Florida and Illinois. Circuit appellate Courts experience includes matters involving wrongful termination, constitutional claims under the First and Fourteenth Amendments, due process violations, and federal question jurisdiction. I have also handled a wide range of state law claims, including negligence, breach of contract, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, misrepresentation, IIED, insurance liabilty, HOA cases, and requests for injunctive relief. For the past five years, I have supported attorneys, law firms, and self-represented litigants across the United States in a broad range of legal matters. My work has included drafting complaints, contracts, and substantive motions such as motions to dismiss, oppositions, and motions to compel along with preparing discovery requests and conducting legal research. I am experienced in managing litigation support tasks with accuracy, efficiency, and close attention to procedural requirements, ensuring that all filings comply with Federal Rules, state and applicable local rules.
