At Sofy.ai I architected the Web Agent — an LLM-powered system using Python, LangChain, and Playwright with semantic routing, tool calling, and domain-specific agents that cut hallucinations on complex tasks — then exposed it through an MCP server. I also lead the agentic testing framework behind Sofy’s move from scripted automation to reasoning agents across web, mobile, and ERP. On the platform side: Strangler Fig migration from monolith to Node.js/TypeScript microservices (≈80% faster deploys), Azure Service Bus handling 100k+ daily events, and MongoDB data-module migrations.
