I'm able to contribute hard work and efficiency in handling business with my customers, and I'm reliable and passionate about my job. I can work on the time needed by my client and deliver a positive outcome. I communicate well in English and understand the need for resolution in every situation, and my previous job taught me how to pacify irate customers and their worst experience with the account turning into a great one. I always make sure to let them feel how important they are and the things that the account is doing to cater to all their needs.  I always make sure I am on my shift and deliver the numbers required on that day, and I am also recognized as a top agent and great contributor on the account. Now I'm ready to take on more responsibilities and would like to share my great performance on different platforms.
