As a Japanese-American UX Researcher who has lived in both countries, I research, communicate, localize, and develop global products and services. I have worked in different fields for global companies: eCommerce, C2C platforms, and enterprise tools. Other than my research experiences, I have worked as a Japanese-English translator for both writing and oral communication, product management, and project management.
