Yasir Q.

Job application assistant and reverse recruiter. I run your job search end to end so you can focus on interviews instead of applications. Top Rated on Upwork, 221 completed jobs, $50K+ earned, helping candidates across the USA, Canada, and Europe. What I handle for you: → Targeted job search across LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, company career pages, and niche industry job boards → ATS-optimized resume and cover letter, rewritten for each specific role → Applications submitted directly on company portals, not just Easy Apply → Direct outreach to recruiters and hiring managers on your behalf → A shared Google Sheet tracker, so you always know what went out and where it stands → Weekly progress updates Why this works: Most applications fail on timing and targeting, not on your resume. I apply within 24 to 48 hours of a role being posted, before the pile gets deep. Every resume is rewritten against that job description. And every application gets a follow-up message to a real person, so your name is not just one more file in the system.
