Shopify, E-commerce, Logistics, Marketing, CRM, Website Optimization,

I got into Shopify 8 years ago — first by building my own stores from scratch, then by buying up stores making between $1-3 million annual revenue. That buy-and-build approach has generated over $6M in revenue across my own brands. Along the way I built the exact playbook — automation, email, support, ops — that makes a store run itself instead of running you. Now, as Co-founder & CEO of Artikuno Commerce, I bring that same proven infrastructure to other e-commerce brands instead of keeping it locked up in my own. Here's where I focus, in order: 1. Automation, first and always. If a task is repetitive, it shouldn't be a human doing it — it should be a workflow or an AI agent. I build with Shopify Flow, Alloy Automation, Parabola, Make, n8n, and Zapier for the connective tissue between apps. On top of that I run AI agents (Claude Code, Cursor, custom MCP tool setups) to handle order routing, inventory syncing across 3PLs, PO management, reporting, and content generation. I've built a 12-agent AI ops stack that runs day-to-day operations across multiple brands with almost no manual input — the kind of setup most agencies talk about but few actually ship. 2. Email marketing automation, tied into everything else. Klaviyo is the backbone — welcome series, browse abandonment, cart recovery, post-purchase education, review requests, winback, and membership flows, all mapped to the full customer journey instead of built ad hoc. I connect that to SMS (Postscript, Attentive) and social (Meta, TikTok) so the message is consistent everywhere a customer runs into your brand. AI does a lot of the heavy lifting here too — smarter segmentation, faster creative iteration, and campaign copy that actually gets opened instead of deleted. On one recent account I audited 25 campaigns, built out 19 lifecycle flows, and got top campaigns into the 50%+ open-rate range. 3. Customer support that doesn't burn your team out — mostly built on Gorgias. I rebuild the whole setup: views, tags, and automations restructured for speed, AI-assisted routing and one-touch resolution workflows, and JustCall layered in for phone support. Pair that with a small, well-trained agent team (2 agents is usually plenty) and daily check-ins, and a lean team can handle serious ticket volume without drowning. On one account this took first response time from 21 hours down to about 3, in under 30 days. Beyond those three, I also run: - CRM & loyalty: Klaviyo, Yotpo, Smile, Recharge for subscriptions - Logistics: ShipStation, PO management systems, inventory syncing across 3PLs - Analytics: Triple Whale, Northbeam, GA4, plus Shopify's native analytics - Content & creative: AI-assisted pipelines for product pages, ad creative, and email design - Website optimization: A/B testing and analytics-driven iteration on conversion paths - Dev & storefront: Shopify Plus, Hydrogen, Liquid, custom theme builds - Ops & PM: Notion, Airtable, Slack How I usually work: - Audit first — I go through your Klaviyo account, Gorgias setup, and automation stack (or lack of one) and flag exactly where time and money are leaking - Build fast — most of the build work is AI-assisted now, so what used to take weeks (flow rebuilds, ticket routing overhauls, agent workflows) takes days - Hand over something that runs itself — the goal isn't a one-time project, it's infrastructure that keeps working after I'm off the clock Key accomplishments: - Rebuilt a Gorgias support system that cut first response time 85% (21h → 3h17m), dropped resolution time 60%, improved CSAT, and cut cost-per-ticket 32% — with visible results inside 2 weeks and zero internal lift required from the client - Migrated a $10,855 Hydrogen storefront to Liquid with zero downtime and zero errors - Built Klaviyo lifecycle and campaign systems across 19 active flows, hitting 50%+ open rates on top-performing campaigns - Scaled Nutriment Raw (UK) to £3.8M/year with a 66% returning customer rate - Grew Jewelry Spot USA past $8M in GMV with a $2,400 AOV - Built and now run a 12-agent AI ops stack handling automation, support, and reporting across 5 active brands - Top Rated Plus on Upwork, 100% Job Success Score, $90K+ earned I'm not chasing one-off gigs. I want to plug the systems I've already proven on my own brands into yours — the automation, the email, the support — so you get an operation that runs on infrastructure instead of headcount. If you're buried in manual work, drowning in support tickets, or your email program feels like an afterthought, that's exactly the kind of mess I like fixing.
