I’m a Customer Support specialist with experience in customer service, Ticket system and content moderation (trust & safety), and working with different teams and clients. I’ve spent years handling customer issues, managing tickets, Emails and making sure people get clear and helpful support. Alongside that, I’m also a manga and comic artist. I enjoy creating visual stories and working on creative projects, especially in the horror and fantasy space.
