I am a Microsoft-certified System Administrator with extensive experience in device management by leveraging Microsoft Intune to configure and secure devices, and Defender for Endpoint as an endpoint detection and response (EDR) solution. I have successfully deployed, configured, and managed various devices across multiple platforms, including personal and corporate Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS. I’ve configured Microsoft Intune to protect and configure all endpoints across the organization using enterprise-grade best practice security policies. I’ve also enabled Windows Autopilot with Zero Touch Provisioning of Windows devices to automate the provisioning of devices for new users. I’ve enabled a robust data loss prevention strategy by configuring proper compliance and conditional access policies in Intune and Azure AD to prevent non-compliant devices and at-risk accounts from accessing corporate resources. This also included implementing a robust but lightweight BYOD strategy to secure corporate data on personal devices while respecting users' privacy. This can be accomplished by enabling mobile application management without enrollment (MAM-WE) app protection policies in Intune with features such as remote wipes. I have also leveraged Defender for Endpoint to provide managed threat detection and remediation services to monitor endpoints and uncover and address malicious penetration attempts. I have helped many customers deploy and manage Microsoft Defender for Endpoint in their environments. I have seen firsthand how it improves their security posture and reduces their risk exposure. Besides device management, I have extensive experience configuring and managing other Microsoft products such as OneDrive, Teams, Exchange Online, and SharePoint. I also assist end-users in troubleshooting Windows and MIcrosoft-related issues. I also try to automate as much as can through the use of PowerShell scripting and Power Automate workflows to ensure quality and efficiency of work.
