Paid Ads & Creative Strategy | Meta, Google, TikTok | Scaling Expert
Creative is the targeting now. I've used it to scale brands from $535K to $1M a month, from ~$4.5M to ~$6M a month, and to $80K a day on Meta. I'm a creative strategist who also runs the media buying, so every concept is built to be tested, read and scaled, not just to look good. WHAT I DO • Creative strategy: research into real customer language, then personas, angles and concepts mapped to where your buyers are • Scripts & briefs: hooks, UGC, founder ads, VSLs and statics, briefed so creators and editors can execute without back-and-forth • Creative testing: a testing structure and weekly launch cadence that keeps finding new winners and replaces fatigued ones • Creative analysis: what's winning and why, by hook, angle, format and persona, so every new batch builds on data • Media buying: account structure, budgets and scaling rules so winning creative gets the spend it deserves THE FIRST 30 DAYS Week 1: Creative audit: every ad in your account, what's winning, what's fatigued and which angles are missing Week 2: Customer research and a creative roadmap: personas, angles and the first round of briefs Weeks 3-4: First creative batch live in a clean testing structure, with a read on results CASE STUDIES Skinnify (DTC Personal Care) Problem: Growth stalled despite strong demand. Outcome: Scaled from ~$200K/month to ~$800K/month run-rate in under 6 months by fixing offers, creative and acquisition structure. Supplement Brand (DTC) Problem: Stuck below scale with inefficient growth loops. Diagnosis: Funnel gaps and weak creative-volume leverage. Outcome: 100% YoY growth, from sub-$250K/month to $750K+/month, by implementing a full-funnel acquisition strategy. Household Goods Brand Problem: Strong demand, but unit economics and paid structure were limiting scale. Diagnosis: Margin constraints, plus inefficient creative testing and spend allocation. Outcome: Scaled from ~$4.5M/month to ~$6M/month by fixing contribution margins, creative systems and paid execution. 8-Figure Personal Care Brand Problem: Rising CAC and inefficient scaling. Outcome: +16% volume increase by rebuilding the testing and scaling framework across paid channels. Food & Lifestyle Brand (Japanese Taste) Problem: Scaling spend without sacrificing efficiency. Diagnosis: Needed tighter control over MER and spend distribution. Outcome: Scaled from $535K/month to $1M/month while maintaining sub-20% MER. MORE RESULTS • NAOA: £450K to £750K/month in revenue while cutting CAC by 15% • Supplement brand: $80K per day on Meta • Norwegian BioLabs (+ portfolio): scaled to $1M/month • £3M in paid revenue in 90 days GOOD FIT IF You're already selling and spending on paid ads, and your winners are fatiguing faster than you can replace them, or every ad you test looks like the last one. Send me your website and current monthly ad spend, and in my first reply I'll tell you what I'd test first.
