I’ve spent 6+ years building and shipping production software, including helping build the online ordering system for Dickey’s BBQ, used by 300,000+ people every month. My experience spans customer-facing products, internal operations platforms, business integrations, mobile applications, and AI systems. Here are a few examples of the work behind that experience. • 𝗧𝗖 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰. Engineers needed answers they could verify across large technical documents. I built AI document search with source citations and page references. Engineer interviews and client estimates indicate an approximately 83% reduction in search time. The system is in production and still used. • 𝗘𝗿𝗴𝗼 𝗚𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗹. I helped build a connected customer support and follow-up system across website chat, in-app chat, and email. Website chat achieved a typical first response time of 36 seconds. Over five months, the support platform managed 11,782 conversations across seven inboxes. • 𝗧𝗡𝗠 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴. I built Leelou AI around the company’s coaching standards, with text and voice conversations, multilingual support, and HR reporting. Repeated testing with coaches helped translate their expertise into the way the product works. • 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺. A successful first build grew into a two-year partnership.
