Katrin B.

I'm a German-English organizational psychologist, consultant, executive coach, and facilitator with 15 years of experience supporting founders, leadership teams, and organizations navigating growth, change, and complexity. My work sits at the intersection of psychology, business, and communication. I help founders, executives, and organizations bring clarity to complex ideas, strengthen leadership, improve communication, and navigate change. Depending on the project, clients hire me for executive coaching, organizational consulting, strategic writing, workshop facilitation, leadership communication, or founder support. What connects all of my work is a combination of analytical thinking, practical business experience, and a deep understanding of people. Before starting my own business, I spent six years in consulting and organizational development, supporting leadership teams, change initiatives, onboarding, communication, and cross-functional collaboration. Since becoming independent, I've worked with founders, consultants, coaches, and organizations ranging from early-stage businesses to global companies. Throughout my career, I've contributed to projects connected to organizations including Roche, Amazon, Continental, ING, Olympus, and Osram, supporting leadership development, organizational change, workshop facilitation, communication, and people-related initiatives. Writing has become an important part of my work alongside consulting. I've ghostwritten eight books and written or edited websites, articles, thought leadership content, learning materials, and executive communications. Whether I'm writing from scratch or refining existing content, my focus is on translating complex ideas into clear, authentic language while preserving my client's voice. Beyond strategy, I enjoy helping founders turn ideas into action. Over the years, I've supported projects involving research, stakeholder interviews, executive communications, project coordination, and quality assurance. I like bringing structure to complex projects, asking the right questions, and helping teams move work forward. Some of the ways I support clients include: • Executive & Founder Coaching • Organizational Consulting • Strategic Writing & Ghostwriting • Workshop Design & Facilitation • Leadership Communication • Research & Stakeholder Interviews • Organizational Development & Change • German-English Consulting, Editing & Communication Clients often describe me as calm, thoughtful, reliable, and easy to work with. I combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach and enjoy becoming a trusted partner who helps people move projects forward, whether through coaching, consulting, communication, or thoughtful execution. If you're looking for someone who combines psychological expertise with business experience, clear communication, and a practical, collaborative approach, I'd be happy to hear more about your project. Cheers, Katrin
