Ecommerce Revenue Strategist | Shopify CRO Audit & Conversion Copy
"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This man is amazing. He is so knowledgeable in the field of CRO. He speaks in a way that you can actually understand the plan, and what he is doing. I have hired many people on Upwork and this is among the best." — Michael Wiesel Hope is not a strategy. Throwing random changes at your store and hoping conversions improve is not CRO. Without a system, it is guesswork. I'm Abiola, a Conversion Rate Optimization specialist focused on ecommerce and Shopify CRO. I help stores when traffic from Meta Ads and Google Ads isn't converting the way it should. I work with Shopify stores, as well as ecommerce businesses built on WooCommerce, BigCommerce, and custom DTC funnels. My work sits at the intersection of conversion strategy, behavioral research, landing page architecture, UX analysis, and conversion copywriting. The common thread: figuring out why visitors aren't buying, and fixing the conversion and revenue issues limiting growth. Most ecommerce stores aren't losing conversions because their product is weak or their traffic is wrong. They're losing conversions because their pages are doing the wrong job. The messaging does not match the buyer's mindset at that stage. The page structure creates hesitation. The copy asks for trust before earning it. These are not design problems. They are conversion architecture problems, and they require strategic thinking to solve. What I do: ✔ CRO Audits Page by page analysis of your ecommerce funnel including Shopify product pages, collection pages, landing pages, cart flow, and checkout experience. I identify where intent is strong but progression stalls, where confusion is being created, where trust breaks down, and where friction is silently hurting conversion performance. Every finding comes with an actionable recommendation, a clear explanation of the conversion problem it solves and how it affects user behavior. ✔ Landing Page Strategy and Conversion Copywriting I research your buyer, map their awareness stage, identify their objections, and write and structure pages around how people actually evaluate products and make decisions. The goal isn't just better-looking pages. The goal is stronger buying momentum, clearer positioning, and more confident purchasing behavior. ✔ Behavioral Analytics and UX Audit Using GA4, Hotjar, Clarity, Lucky Orange, Mouseflow, and FullStory, I analyze what users are actually doing on your site. Heatmaps. Session recordings. Scroll behavior. Rage clicks. Drop-off patterns. Checkout hesitation. Mobile friction points. Raw data is easy to misinterpret, especially when there's a lot of it. I translate behavioral signals into a clear, prioritized picture of what is creating friction, what is hurting conversions, and what to fix first. ✔ Funnel Audit and Conversion Research Even without behavioral analytics in place, I can evaluate your funnel using proven CRO frameworks, established ecommerce usability principles, research grounded UX evaluation methods, and structured heuristic analysis to identify what is limiting performance and what should be tested. ✔ A/B Testing Strategy Structuring experimentation programs guided by validated insights instead of assumptions. Identifying high-impact test opportunities. Designing valid tests properly. Analyzing results correctly. Using learnings to improve broader business performance instead of chasing isolated metrics. ✔ Offer and Pricing Strategy Sometimes the conversion problem is how the offer is presented. I evaluate whether your pricing presentation, product positioning, guarantees, and offer framing align with how buyers actually make purchasing decisions. This is often one of the highest leverage areas in ecommerce CRO, yet one of the most overlooked. Here's what makes this different from developers and designers who simply added CRO to their title: I approach every page as a conversion environment. That means I am evaluating messaging hierarchy, psychological progression, trust signals, buyer objections, post-click experience, and competitive context simultaneously. A developer optimizes code. A designer optimizes visual layout. Strategic CRO optimizes the decision making experience of the customer. These are not the same thing, and the difference shows in the outcomes. I also don't hand you a report filled with generic best practices disconnected from your actual business. Every recommendation is grounded in observation, tied to a specific behavioral pattern or strategic gap, and explained clearly so you understand the reasoning behind it, not just the action itself. If Shopify implementation is needed, I can handle it as well. But strategy comes first. Whether you're trying to improve ROAS, increase conversion rate, improve average order value, reduce checkout abandonment, or understand why your store is underperforming, it starts with proper diagnosis, not assumptions. If this is the kind of work you need, let's connect. Abiola
