For each property, I typically provide: Verified owner name (individual when possible) Ownership type (individual, small LLC, institutional, or unknown) Best phone number and backup numbers when available Verified email if found Owner mailing address from public records Source of data (assessor, deeds, SOS, or aggregator) Confidence score based on data consistency Last sale date when available My focus is accuracy over volume.
