Hi, I’m Julie! I help people see the beauty in their ideas, and turn them into something tangible and meaningful. I’m a multidisciplinary designer and art director with a background in architecture and over 13 years of professional design experience, specialising in interiors, editorial and book design. My work often begins with an idea rather than a finished visual brief. I help shape the creative direction, define the visual language, and carry that thinking through into a thoughtful, polished final design. For interior projects, I specialise in concept development, space planning, mood boards, material and FF&E selection, visual direction and client presentations. I’ve worked across hospitality, high-end residential, retail, cultural and experiential projects in London, Barcelona and the Middle East, including as a Senior Interior Designer at MESURA. For editorial projects, I design books, covers, coffee-table books, reports, catalogues and other publications, from initial concept and art direction through to detailed layouts and print-ready files in InDesign. My background across spatial and graphic design gives me a strong eye for composition, storytelling and visual consistency. Whether I’m designing a space, a book or a visual identity, my approach is thoughtful, clear and grounded in how people will experience the final result.
