Yash S.

I specialize in Odoo ERP implementation and customization, helping businesses clearly understand their operational pain points and translating them into practical, scalable software solutions. Before jumping into development, I invest heavily in brainstorming, requirement analysis, R&D, and heuristic evaluation. My focus is always on understanding the business, users, and workflows first—so the solution actually solves real problems and scales reliably over time. Only after this discovery phase do I design and deliver a tailored technical solution. With 10+ years of experience in the IT industry, I work closely with startups, SMEs, and enterprises to design, build, and scale reliable systems—from ERP platforms and SaaS products to AI-powered applications, RPA automation, and DevOps-driven infrastructure. I help businesses move from complexity to clarity, and from manual processes to intelligent automation.
