Alex O.

Is your organization thinking of using or currently getting started with Jira/Confluence? Standing up these services can be challenging and sometimes overwhelming since there is an infinite number of different ways to configure these tools. I've been an Atlassian administrator for ten years now and know the tools inside and out. I've guided teams of all sizes through their journey into Atlassian tools and would love to be your guide as well. Here are some of the things that I can do for you: * Advanced configuration of Atlassian Tools (Jira/Confluence). If you are looking for someone to help you create custom workflows, custom fields, configure screens and permissions, then you've come to the right place! * AI (Rovo) Integrations and Best Practices. Rovo is bundled with Jira and the rest of the Atlassian tools, but not every team is ready to take full advantage of Atlassian's AI assistant. I'll work with your team to ensure that you can leverage the full power of Rovo to help your team be more productive and more efficient. * Train team on effective Jira utilization. No team is the same, and Jira is highly adaptable to your existing processes. Let me help you figure out how to effectively fold Jira into your organization and allow me to train your team. I promise that they'll be loving Jira by the end. *Integrate with other tools and services. One of the most significant selling points for Jira is how easily it can integrate with other tools or services that you are already using. Whether you are trying to integrate with Confluence, Zendesk, or Github, I can help guide your team and work through the challenges presented when integrating with Jira. You need someone that knows his way these Atlassian tools, and I'd like to be that person. I will not only provide you with my skills, but you can trust that I will go above and beyond to make sure Jira simply just works. If this is something I can help you with, please reach out! I'd love to chat with you!
