Nelson Pedro H.

As a Senior DevOps and Infrastructure Engineer with extensive experience across multi-cloud management and site reliability, I help organizations design, automate, and optimize high-performance, resilient infrastructures. My expertise spans provisioning scalable AWS environments using Terraform, standardizing multi-OS server fleets with Ansible, and maintaining seamless continuous delivery through Kubernetes, Helm, and ArgoCD GitOps workflows. Throughout my career, I have focused on driving operational stability and delivery speed by building automated CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and Bitbucket, backed by automated SonarQube code quality and security scans. I establish full-stack observability stacks using Prometheus, Alertmanager, and Grafana to ensure system health and maintain up to 99.9% operational uptime. Beyond traditional infrastructure, I regularly develop custom microservices and internal automation API endpoints using Python, FastAPI, Bash, and n8n low-code tools, while integrating AI-assisted workflows with Claude Code and prompt engineering to accelerate development and support AI model training projects. I hold a degree in Information Technology Management from UNICESUMAR and communicate fluently in both C1-level English and native Portuguese. Whether you need to migrate to the cloud, optimize existing deployment pipelines, or build custom automation tools, I bring speed, security, and stability to your infrastructure—feel free to reach out to discuss your project requirements.
