I build AI automation systems that connect AI agents with real business tools and processes. Most of my projects start with a process that has too many manual steps, too many tools or simply takes too much time to manage. I usually work with n8n, AI agents, API integrations and custom development to automate the complete process. VOICE AI FOR AN OPHTHALMOLOGY CLINIC I built a Voice AI agent for an ophthalmology clinic that answers patient calls, understands what the patient needs, checks appointment availability and books appointments automatically. NEXUS | RAG AND DOCUMENT PROCESSING I built Nexus, a platform for accounting firms in Spain that processes and indexes client documents and retrieves the right information as context for AI workflows. AI CUSTOMER SUPPORT I built an AI customer support system that reads incoming requests, uses the company’s knowledge to prepare responses and sends them to a human for approval before replying to the customer. BUSINESS PROCESS AUTOMATION I have also built complex WhatsApp systems with multi step conversations and sales automations that connect forms, contract generation, electronic signatures, CRM and document storage. Depending on the project, I work with OpenAI, Claude, Vapi, ElevenLabs, n8n, Make, REST APIs, webhooks, JavaScript, Python, React, PostgreSQL, Supabase, GoHighLevel and Zoho CRM. I am comfortable going beyond no code. If a project needs custom API work, business logic, a database or a web application, I can build that part too. I am also PMP certified, so I am used to managing the project as well as building the technical solution.
