Supply Chain Automation: Orders, Inventory, Purchasing | n8n, Make
I automate orders, purchasing, stock and reporting for companies that sell physical goods. For a consumer-goods company I cut weekly reporting from 10 hours to 10 minutes. Top Rated, 100% job success. I ran operations for 15 years before this: three-shift production for a 150-person plant, my own import and e-commerce companies, and supply chain for a supplements startup. I know the process before I automate it. What I automate - Orders: orders from email, PDF or spreadsheets turned into clean rows in your sheet, webshop or system - Purchasing: supplier briefs and follow-ups sent, replies read, delivery dates and next week's quantities updated - Stock: stock kept in sync across webshop, marketplaces and warehouse sheets, with reorder alerts - Invoicing: invoices and VAT-correct documents built from order data - Reporting: weekly reports that build themselves from supplier sheets and sales data AI agents read the messy parts: order emails, PDFs and supplier replies. Where no-code hits its ceiling I write the code myself in Python, JavaScript or Google Apps Script. You get one system, not a pile of workarounds. Recent work - Weekly reporting cut from 10 hours to 10 minutes for a consumer-goods company. Supplier sheets are collected and cleaned, order emails are read, and next week's purchases are calculated automatically. - About 30 hours a week of manual supplier outreach replaced by one Make scenario that sends briefs, reads replies and updates the dashboard. - Atmar Horeca, my own B2B store: VAT-correct invoices per EU country, proforma invoices for bank transfer and Stripe checkout, built end to end. - Paper tracking in a 150-person plant replaced with Excel and VBA tools. Reports went from weekly to daily. Tools: Make, n8n, Zapier, Google Apps Script, Google Sheets, Excel and VBA, Airtable, Supabase and Postgres, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, REST APIs and webhooks, OpenAI and Claude APIs. I work in English, Turkish and Bulgarian. How I work I write more than I talk. A call is fine, but I ask for a short written brief first. I give honest scope estimates, flag risks early and tell you when something is not worth building. Send two or three lines about the manual process you want gone. I will tell you whether I can help, how long it takes and what it costs.
