Sahil S.

My goal is helping customers manage and grow their e-commerce businesses. My focus is on the customer experience, and what is going to help him/her find the product the easiest and ultimately buy it from your store. I think both big and small, and no detail is too little to oversee. I have spent over 10+ years in Retail and E-commerce, responsible for managing and growing multi-million dollar to nearly half a billion dollar businesses. I have experience with both start-ups, growing the business from the ground up, as well as well-established retailers. My decisions are driven by data, which is the key to understanding how and why the customer is behaving the way they are. I am also creative, so I inject design and high taste level into my work. If you are a start-up with little to no data, don't fear, I am fully knowledgeable on industry best practices and will also review competitors to determine the best solution.
