I've been in the eCommerce industry for 3 years now. I worked with a foreign dropshipping company as a General Virtual Assistant before. A normal day comprises Website Optimization, Product Research, Product Listing, Answering emails on Zendesk, and Order fulfillment on Dsers and CJDropshipping. So basically, I operated as a store manager assigned to different brands under this company. I also worked for two clients for six months simultaneously. The first client is a fitness coach. I redesigned her website and came up with marketing activities for her to grow her brand. I briefly managed her Shopify store. The second client owns two general Shopify dropshipping stores serving Dutch and German customers. I also managed his Shopify stores with tasks that include Product Import and Listing. In addition, I also owned a successful dropshipping store that I've sold. This store provided me with learnings that I had to learn in my dropshipping journey. It allowed me to fail and learn quickly.
