A young, talented, and driven IT professional looking to apply and advance my skill set in the IT field. Having received my Bachelor's in Information Technology, I also have many years of experience in troubleshooting networks, computers, servers, email, mobile devices, and more. In my experience, I have also done project management, system administration, and tier 3 support. I've deployed entire VoIP systems, video conferencing systems, and Exchange on-premise email enterprise-wide while also administering and providing post-implementation support to those systems. My non-technical strengths include being very communicative, polite, dependable, and diligent. I give every project 110% and strive to be as thorough as possible.
