With great interest in the tourism sector, my professional career began graduating in Travel Agency and Event Planning , later working as a travel agent at the Halcón company I started to learn more deeply about the different providers in the industry as well as managing Amadeus and other booking tools. Later I had the opportunity to move to Ireland to do an internship as a receptionist in the hotel industry where I was later hired, gaining more experience in customer service and beginning to speak fluently English. To improve my language skills I also took an Italian course certified by Ballsbrige College in Dublin. This experience pushed me to move to Malta with the aim of specializing in customer service, working in casinos, hospitality and hotels. I significantly improved my professional skills , being able to demonstrate more confidence and responsibility in different situations . At the moment I'm living in France and from 2023 I've started my journey as a remotely freelancer , collaborating in respondent.com for some projects of marketing research . Also I've provided my services via phone and chat to clients like Libere Apartamentos and Alan insurance in the company Onepilot as a customer care agent and self-employed . Currently my philosophy is based on providing a customized experience for each client, using tools and methods that I have learned in recent years. I'm also a professional singer with more than 3 certifications from the Rock School Academy in Coruña and I have a degree on Music Production. Recently I have gained experience in voice over acting working for Outlier AI and I would love to keep improving in this field.
