Mary Grace D.

I'm Mary, providing specialised Office Support for trades. I started out as Operations Staff for a roofing and plumbing company and got promoted to Operations and Admin Manager, working directly alongside the CEO. Before that, I spent 11 years in customer service handling international accounts across the US, UK and Australia — so I know how to keep clients happy and jobs moving, whatever timezone they're in. I'm now looking to bring that experience to tradies across VIC and the ACT . I don't just "do admin," I understand compliance, job tracking, and subbie chaos from the inside. What I take off your plate: Booking, dispatch & lead response — so no inquiry sits unanswered Quotes out within 24 hrs, invoices the second a job's marked complete Xero admin — quoting, invoicing, reconciliations & expense tracking Chasing overdue payments so your cash flow doesn't stall Inspection & completion reports from your onsite notes/photos Ordering from suppliers and tracking work orders Chasing up happy customers for 5-star Google reviews Software I already run: AroFlo ServiceM8 Housecall Pro FieldInsight Podium Airtasker Freshdesk Zendesk Google Workspace — and if you've got something proprietary, give me access and I'll be across it fast. Basically, my job is to get your admin load down to zero. Got 5 minutes this week for a quick chat?
