Victor K.

I create design fillable PDF forms that are easy to use, attractive and consistent across devices and operating systems. As a PDF Pro, my portfolio includes dozens of fillable PDF conversion projects, ranging from reports and checklists to contracts, intake forms, and workbooks. My tools include Adobe Acrobat Pro, Microsoft Word, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Figma and Adobe LiveCycle Designer (AEM Forms Designer). My form designs accomplish the following objectives:- 1. A professionally designed fixed layout for easy data entry, 2. Specialised field types for different kinds of data needs: text fields, numeric fields, money/currency fields, date pickers, radio buttons, checkboxes and image inputs, 3. Automatic calculations where required, validation and other conditional logic features, 4. Auto-expanding fields, automatic page breaks and dynamic fields and sections or tables. 5. Cross-platform, cross-device compatibility with consistent rendering and operation. Having worked with PDF form design and conversion projects for over 15 years, I have developed excellent mastery of the software tools and techniques, which enables me to solve any layout, formatting, or technical challenges with ease. - Do you need to convert a Word document to a fillable PDF form? - Would you like to convert scanned forms into an editable format? - Would you like to convert an AI concept into a pixel-perfect, identical editable format inside InDesign, Illustrator, or Figma? I am TOP RATED on Upwork, with a 100% customer satisfaction score and many completed projects with 5-star reviews, a testament to my commitment to quality and good outcomes for my clients.
