Clinical Research Project A clinical trial is a research study conducted in human beings with the goal of answering specific questions about new therapies, vaccines or diagnostic procedures, or new ways of using known treatments. Clinical trials are used to determine whether new drugs, diagnostics or treatments are both safe and effective. Carefully conducted clinical trials are the fastest and safest way to find treatments that help people. After researchers test investigational new therapies or procedures in the laboratory and in animal studies, those with the most promising possibilities are moved into human clinical trials. Clinical trials are broken down into different phases. During a trial, more and more information is gained about the potential treatment, its risks and how well it may or may not work, along with aspects related to quality of life. 2. Physician Services project Web-based communication tool for efficient collaboration in patient care teams. Connects doctors, nurses, in-home providers, family members, and others. Tailored for Physician Services' care model within Assisted Living (AL) communities. Focuses on frail elderly and dementia patients with chronic conditions in AL settings. Facilitates 24/7/365 communication, expediting provider orders and medication adjustments. Acts as a central repository for activity, notes, observations, and orders between patient visits. Independent of specific EHRs or facility management platforms, enhancing patient-centered care. Offered as a SaaS application to support similar care models in other provider groups. Uniquely designed for providers managing patients across multiple locations. 3. Private Site (Healthcare domain) It is a cloud-based practice management ecosystem platform. Purpose of this project to follow the Govt. Health Care Program and camping to engaged/intake users as patient with their certain information which includes user demographic and vital information which is collected using devices. Worked on multiple module of the project.It include working on tele-health appointment using jitsi etc. 4. Private Site (Healthcare domain) This application provide best possible outcome oriented ambulatory and primary care services to its members at competitive healthcare cost. Application provides functionality to manage health records of Ambulatory Patients for their General Primary Care which includes patient registration, call logs, appointments, encounters, diagnosis, vitals, lab orders, prescriptions, care plans, patient meetings, patient documents, SOAP notes, referrals etc. Application also provides functionality to manage employees, their leaves etc., functionality to create requisition orders, manage centers, Incident reporting, Inventory Management, Manage mailings. Also this application have billing claims management with ability to create and submit claims. Transportation details are also managed by this application. Worked on various modules related to handing patient information etc. 5. Private Site (Travel domain) This project tool designed to provide well-structured information about ferries running based on routes and vessels. It displayed information about the current price, recommended level and recommended price, etc. of ferries running on different routes for 14 days in a row along with their charts with an option to accept, reject, accept all, reject all prices recommended by company. Worked on various modules related to handling ferries information for performing analysis. 6. Private Site (Travel Domain) Car Control panel is a tool used for performing internal operations like manage alerts and notification, manage Vendors etc. Worked on various modules which includes storing car rental data for performing analysis on it.
