I graduated as a special education teacher and finished my masters degree while venturing to different jobs a long the way. Few of those is being a customer service representative as a technical support agent. Answering the varied needs of each customer to a satisfiable level. I also worked as a virtual assistant mainly doing data entry, managing social media posts and blogs, managing and updating leads, managing listings and organizing documents. A long the journey, I spent almost a year in Indonesia as a church service missionary where I learned the language and the culture. As a service missionary, I had the privilege of working with our church leaders which gave me the opportunity to nurture my work skills and ethics. I am well versed in most areas of administrative work, creating and editing the original content, transcription, creating and compiling reports and spreadsheets. I pride myself on being professional and aim to always deliver a job well before a deadline. I have the professional manner and possess excellent communication skills.
