Hi! I’m Pauline, a Certified Virtual Assistant and Project Manager with a background in healthcare, digital marketing, and executive support. I love helping people stay organized, keep projects moving, and make their workday a little lighter. Over the years, I’ve worked with business owners, clinicians, and creative teams — managing inboxes and calendars, organizing client onboarding, coordinating SEO and content projects, and handling medical admin tasks like scheduling and EHR management. Whether I’m creating structure from chaos or keeping communication flowing, I’m happiest when everything’s running smoothly. Here’s what I can help you with: Executive and Admin Support – inbox and calendar management, travel coordination, client communication, and organization Digital Project Management – task tracking, content coordination, reporting, and workflow optimization Medical Virtual Assistance – EHR management, appointment scheduling, billing support, transcription, and HIPAA-compliant admin tasks I’m proactive, detail-oriented, and easy to work with. I like figuring out what helps people work best and then building systems that make their day simpler.
