I have accumulated five years of experience as a Customer Service Representative at a logistics company (UPS PH), where my main duties included managing incoming inquiries from shippers and consignees about their shipment statuses through track and trace. I also acted as a backup email coordinator, handling issues related to damaged and lost shipments. In addition, I have nearly two years of experience as a Virtual Assistant (VA) at an insurance company (World Financial Group US). My responsibilities included sending texts to targeted areas in the USA to identify potential financial advisor candidates, arranging one-on-one meetings, and conducting follow-ups. I also maintained daily updates to the database. Moreover, I have worked as an Administrative VA, where I managed emails, scheduled appointments, and assisted with social media management using Gmail, Smartlead, and JIRA applications. I also reached out through contact forms on barber/salon websites to request short calls for appointment scheduling. One of my projects involved compiling a detailed list of live music venues across the nine metro counties of Atlanta, GA, USA. This required researching venue names, websites, and contact details (including booking/manager information, email, phone, and address), and organizing this data in Excel or Google Sheets. I also managed Instagram accounts and provided daily updates through Slack email. Additionally, I handled a client's Compass account (for real estate agents) and managed their social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, to connect with potential clients looking for rental homes. Lastly, I was tasked with responding to emails from fitness influencers and assisting them in creating courses using POE and TOME applications.
