The blockchain space, in my opinion, is the fastest evolving industry there currently is. Back in 2015, all we had for block validation was PoW, PoS, or something in between. Understanding a new protocol or Dapp isn’t very difficult once you have been in the space long enough. The hard part is explaining it to newbies, investors, and every other person outside of the space. Every time I get a brief with the CTO or founder of a new blockchain solution, I see a team or client with a lot to say and a perfect understanding of what needs to be said but have a problem translating those ideas to text in all its clarity and accuracy. For example, how do you tell your readers that NFTs are digital representations, which can serve as proof of ownership to fungible assets? Or how do you tell prospective investors that their funds aren’t really stored in their hardware wallets, rather their private key is what’s stored in their wallet? Over the years, writing for and about blockchain projects, I have learned the simple and tricky art of writing complex ideas for grannies and third graders. My rule of thumb is to always err on the side of sounding simple and clear to my readers than sounding smart and unclear. Whether it’s an ICO whitepaper, a blockchain-related blog post, a token sales pitch deck, or when trying to explain the blockchain to your 80-year-old uncle, let me be the tour guide that takes your readers around your complex protocol or that complicated blog topic. Let me help you paint clear pictures about what yield farming really is, or how fractionalization of NFTs works, or what liquidity mining really is about. Over the last 4 years, I Have worked with several clients ranging from blockchain startups, blog owners, exchanges, crypto influencers, and several others.
