I built a bilingual AI phone assistant that checks live Square availability and books appointments. Its availability checks passed 110 automated tests. I also built a supplier-email workflow that matches emails to purchase orders, flags risks and drafts replies for human review. All 7 test cases passed without sending an email automatically. I build AI voice agents, lead follow-up systems and business automations. Here are a few examples of my work: SALON AVAILABILITY & BOOKING | Vapi + Make + Square An English/French phone assistant that checks eligible staff and the live calendar, offers up to four same-day slots, asks for clarification and hands off on errors. Passed 110 automated tests plus operator phone checks. SUPPLIER EMAIL RISK REVIEW | Make + OpenAI Matches supplier emails to purchase orders, checks the AI risk assessment, logs results to Google Sheets and drafts Gmail replies for high-risk issues. Replayed emails do not trigger duplicate actions. All 7 test cases passed, with zero emails sent automatically. Client feedback: "Tobeye was outstanding to work with. His attention to detail, communication skills and perfectionist mentality made for a smooth project experience." ONE-CLICK CLIENT REPORTS | Airtable + Make + Claude For an advisory firm: scores client fit, skips duplicates, selects up to six research signals and writes an editable Google Doc report. The report link is logged back to Airtable. The end-to-end test logged zero new AI errors. Client feedback: "patient, clear and professional" LEAD FOLLOW-UP & RECEPTIONISTS Built lead follow-up automation for an HVAC company, a Twilio voice and SMS/MMS receptionist MVP for a glass-repair company, and a Retell voice-agent flow cleanup for a plumbing company's missed-call recovery. HVAC client feedback: "He grasped the technical requirements quickly, delivered clean results, and handled feedback professionally." I focus on the parts that make an automation usable after the demo: clear requirements, error handling, duplicate prevention, human handoffs and documentation. My background is in theater, and I'm completing my Applied Computer Science degree at CU Boulder, with graduation expected at the end of 2026.
