Dheeraj C.

Senior Microsoft 365 and Azure administrator with 9 years of MSP experience. I manage 200+ production endpoints across multi-tenant environments and sustain 99.9% uptime. I fix Entra ID sync failures, Conditional Access lockouts, mail flow breaks, and Exchange Online permission issues, often on first contact. I run daily Veeam and Datto backup health checks and execute restore tests to confirm zero data loss. I built and hardened Sophos MDR, firewall, and endpoint deployments across 15+ SMB clients. I automate user provisioning, license assignment, and patch reporting with PowerShell. I hold a 0% DSAT record across every case I have handled at my current MSP, with a company wide MVP award for it. I am working toward AZ-104, MS-102, and Sophos Engineer certifications. I take on tenant migrations, Conditional Access and MFA rollouts, backup audits, and ongoing M365 or Azure admin support on a part time or retainer basis. I respond fast, document everything, and close tickets without escalation. Service listing 1: M365 and Entra ID health audit I review your Microsoft 365 tenant and Entra ID configuration and hand you a fixed list of security gaps and cost savings. This covers Conditional Access policies, MFA coverage, license waste, mail flow rules, and stale admin accounts. You get a written report with priority fixes ranked by risk. Delivery in 3 business days. Fixed price, scoped to tenant size. Service listing 2: Veeam or Datto backup health check and restore test I audit your backup jobs, confirm retention settings match your recovery point objective, and run a live restore test to prove your backups actually work. You get a report showing job status, failure patterns, and a confirmed restore result. This catches silent backup failures before they cost you a client's data. Fixed price per environment, turnaround in 2 business days.
