Turnover Coordinator and Assistant Maintenance Coordinator

I have been working in Property management for almos two years. Currently in charge of a team of 4 members covering all Florida- State performing maintenance and turnovers for a Property Management Company. I have experience connecting with owners, tenants, vendors, and Property Management staff to help them resolve all the issues that they have at their properties in a timely manner. I have a degree in Sound Engineering and I am constantly looking to grow and improve in my professional career and also in the real state market. I am team player and have excellent communications and people management skills.
