Executive Assistant | Project Management, Contracts & CRM Automation
Executive Assistant to founders and senior leaders. Top Rated Plus, 100% Job Success, 17,000+ hours across 30 contracts. Most of my recent work has been close support for company leadership: managing projects end to end, reviewing contracts, drafting the replies that go out under their name, and keeping a dozen workstreams moving so nothing sits waiting on a decision. A recent example: a customer sent back a contract with one added line on product defects. On paper it looked minor. In practice it exposed the company to up to $5M of liability on a $117K deal. I flagged it, proposed narrower wording, and the rest of the document went through without another round of redlines. Before that, I led a team of 8 project managers and 12 developers, delivered over $1.2M in IT project revenue, and built a full Zoho CRM for a lending business from scratch. What I can take off your plate Project management: I scope the work, write the SOW, set the timeline and keep it on track. That covers task trackers with owners and deadlines, weekly status reports, risk and issue logs, and stakeholder updates that tell you what's behind and what I need from you. I've run software builds, hardware deployments, CRM rollouts and partner launches, including a UK reseller launch, in Jira, Asana, ClickUp and Monday. Executive support: inbox and calendar across UK and US time zones, meeting prep and call briefs, follow-ups, and emails drafted in your voice so you only have to approve and send. Contracts and documents: I compare redlines line by line and tell you what actually changed. I flag the clauses that carry real risk (liability caps, exit rights, indemnities, payment terms) and turn your comments into clean tracked changes. I'm not a lawyer. My job is to make sure your counsel only spends time on the parts that matter. CRM and automation: HubSpot workflows, Zoho CRM with blueprints, Zapier and AI agents. I've connected GoCardless to QuickBooks, built event-triggered email sequences, and designed a lending pipeline that generates term sheets automatically. Research and writing: competitor briefs, regulatory comment letters, leadership updates, offer letters and salary benchmarking. How I work: I use AI tools daily to compare documents, draft and research faster, and I check everything before it reaches you. I handle contracts, salaries and deal details as strictly confidential. You won't see past clients' names or numbers in my proposals, and yours won't appear in anyone else's. Industries: healthcare, SaaS and AI, security and compliance, professional services, hospitality, ecommerce. Tools: Jira, Confluence, Asana, ClickUp, Monday, Notion, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, Zapier, Claude, ChatGPT, Slack, Canva, Excel. Atlassian certified (Jira and Confluence). MSc International Management, UWE Bristol. Based in Plymouth, UK, and comfortable working US hours. If that sounds useful, send me a message about what's on your plate.
