Some of my responsibilities include: • Performing data validation and quality control on information about doctors and management leadership teams within the healthcare industry, ensuring the reliable delivery of data to clients ranging from small medical teams to global pharmaceutical companies, including Bayer AG, Shionogi, Merck, GSK, and others. • Verifying data accuracy through official sources, including medical boards, hospital websites, government registries, social profiles, conference websites, news reports, etc. • Identifying errors, inconsistencies, and inaccuracies, and implementing corrective actions to ensure data integrity. • Conducting quality checks on candidates during probation and performing evaluations after the two-week period. Providing coaching and guidance to underperforming curators to enhance performance and ensure continuous improvement. Key skills acquired during this period include: • Organize and maintain databases and spreadsheets to ensure clean, well-categorized, and easily searchable information, using a private CMS platform and Google Sheets. • Advanced Google research skills which includes techniques, operators, and tools that go beyond basic keyword searching. • Collaborate effectively with international teams in English, utilizing problem-solving, critical thinking, attention to detail, and team management skills to achieve project goals and ensure high- quality results.
