I have done several architectural works & site works like detailing of millworks, Specification Writing, Shop Drawings, As-Built drawings, Site Inspections, and Site layouts. I have also done estimates for glazing, concrete, masonry walls, ceilings, painting, tiling, roofing & landscape. I can do interior and exterior work for both residential and commercial buildings. I can provide takeoffs with markups and tabulated measurement sheets in Excel format. I have almost 6 years of experience as an estimator and freelancer in upwork.
