I started working in the BPO industry December of 2009. Since then I fell in love servicing customers via phone, email and chat. In 12 years, I became part of the management but most of those years I am a front liner. I was able to master the art of customer service. From profiling what type of customer is on the other end, resolving customer's concern up until making sure that I exceed my customer's expectations. I would love to continue providing excellent customer service in the comfort of my home. I have all the tools and experience to do this off the phone.
