All of my professional career was based on interaction with clients. In the past 6 years, I migrated to fully online work, providing Virtual Assistant services and customer support (T&T - Track and Trace), engaging with clients with the help of various technologies such as Magento, Live Agent, Skype, over the phone (with Ringover), via emails, Facebook, etc. I am accustomed to working with Microsoft Office packages and Chat GPT 4 for processing data and extraction. In my spare time, I also translate from English to Romanian (more technical) content as an online job for a company based in the Czech Republic. In my physical interaction with clients, as a pharmacist in Romania, I had contact with clients of all ages and from various backgrounds with different kinds of needs. As an administrator at a printer in London, I’ve dealt with another type of client interaction. I was in contact with them by email, chat, phone, or in person. I had to deliver their orders on time and with maximum attention. I like to start new experiences, I am confident in myself, I am well-organised, and I pay attention to details. With all this being said, I can't wait to be part of a friendly and supportive team working together to deliver exceptional service.
