My background includes more than two years in IT support, working extensively with RMM platforms such as Ninja and ScreenConnect, as well as ticketing systems including ServiceNow, Freshservice, and Spiceworks. I specialize in networking, supported by certifications in Fortinet technologies and the CCNA, giving me hands-on experience with network configuration, security, and troubleshooting. In addition to this, I’ve worked as a remote System Administrator, managing servers, user environments, system performance, and general infrastructure operations.
